RETURN POLICY

You'll find information on how to return merchandise here. 

    Your complete satisfaction is our goal! If you are not happy with your
purchase for any reason, we will be happy to refund or exchange any item
within the timeframes and conditions outlined below.

*  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return
it within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
*   Items that are purchased from GetJiggyPen.com can be returned or
exchanged at our online store.
*   All credits will be placed on the credit card used during the original
purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your
statement.
*   We will refund shipping charges only if we've sent the wrong item or the
item is defective.
*   Merchandise must be returned in original carton or package with all parts.
*   Merchandise must be unopened to receive a refund.
*   Opened, used or defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item
only.

* For website purchases the shipping date is the purchase date.


If you wish to return your purchase to the online store (Return an Item to
Our Fulfillment Center), please follow these steps.

1.  First,  Fill out the Returns Form on the back of your packing slip and
include the packing slip in your shipment. You must have the packing slip to
return an item to our fulfillment center.  Please note the reason for the
return. Make sure that this form is put inside the box that you are returning.


2.  Indicate if you would prefer a charge credit (to the card originally
used), or an exchange. If you're exchanging, let us know what you'd like by
completing the information on the return form.


3.  Complete the name and address portion of the form to indicate where we
should send the receipt or exchange. (We pay the outgoing shipping costs for
the order sent in an exchange).


4.  Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible)
and include the return form and the original receipt. We've provided a return
label for your convenience. Packages must be returned prepaid-we cannot
accept C.O.D. deliveries.
