How to Order
Step-by-Step
Ordering is very simple! Just
follow these easy steps. 1. When you see an item you want to buy,
click the “Add to Cart” button. The item is now in your shopping cart.

When you are finished shopping, click "Checkout" at the upper right corner
of your screen. (Click here for more Detailed Checkout Instructions.)
If you haven't done so already, at checkout you will be asked to
create your own secure account. 3. During checkout you will be
asked to enter your shipping and billing information. 4. After
entering the required information, you can review your order for
accuracy. If the information is correct click "Submit Order" to
finalize your order. After submitting your order we will send you
an e-mail to confirm your order. Once your order has shipped, we will
send you a second e-mail with order tracking information. Back to

Detailed Checkout Instructions
Our Checkout process is laid out
step-by-step for your ease and convenience. If you use the same
billing and shipping information frequently, you can always use our
“Express Checkout” feature on repeat visits.
For the regular
checkout process, follow these simple steps:
1. When you finish
shopping, click “Checkout” at the upper right corner of your
screen.
2. Signing in:
You must sign-in to begin checking
out.
If you are a registered member, enter your e-mail address and
password.
If you are not yet registered, click the link to create
a new account.
3. Shipping:
Next, you will enter your
shipping information.
First, choose whether to send your
product(s) to one or multiple shipping addresses.
Then,
determine where to send the product(s). For example, if you want to
order a gift and you would like to ship it directly to the recipient,
you should send the product to that person's address.
If you
have pre-set addresses in your account, you can select them from the
pull down menu on this page.
If you are a new user, or if you
want to add a new shipping address, you can enter the information at
this time. After you have entered your shipping information, click
"Next".
4. Delivery:
Select the shipping method for your
order.
If you are shipping to several locations, you can specify
different delivery methods for each address.
On this screen you
also have the option to gift wrap your items. If you would like gift
wrap, you may select the pattern for each item in your order.
Once
you have specified your shipping method and gift wrap requirements,
click “Next”.
5. Payment:
If you have a gift
certificate, you can enter the code on the screen to redeem the gift
certificate. After entering the code, click the “Next” button. Your
total will be adjusted for the gift certificate amount.
If your
order has a remaining balance, and you have a remaining gift
certificate balance or credit card on file, you can select it from the
pull down menu in the “Payment” section.
If you don't have a
card on file, you can enter your payment information at this
time.
If you want to split payment between several sources, just
enter the amount you would like to apply to a particular method of
payment and click “Next”. You can select your second method of payment
on the next screen.
6. Submit:
Review all items in your
order, as well as the delivery and payment methods. If you need to
make any changes, just click on the headings on the left side of your
screen.
If you are satisfied with your order information, click the
“Submit Order” button to finalize the order.
After submitting
your order we will send you an e-mail to confirm your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a
second e-mail with order tracking information. Back to Top
